golden shell, just like the blue shell, would barely benefit the person using it. but it screws someone over which would be so hilarious 🙊

I just really want the fake item box and the mega mushroom to return, but it would be super sick if any of the new items on this list were added!

Since there are two slots, I'm assuming they would only add two new power ups, which I think the most practical would be the feather and mega mushroom. Would LOVE to see the mega mushroom back

I’ve seen much speculation about the empty spaces in the custom item screen. I’ve shot most theories about it down, because if you go into many of the battle modes, there are more empty spaces then in the main mode, so unless they added like 15 battle mode exclusives, I highly doubt they’d fill out the empty spots.

Honestly they should just bring back old items. Pow, mega mushroom, fake block, thunder cloud, etc...

The golden shell should be like a shell following the track, but each time it hits a player, it gives you one coin. Like in Super Mario 3D World, when the golden shell just shoot out tons of coins.

Several of your items are duplicates of other items on your list. Tornade = poltergeist, plunger = grabber, propeller cap = feather, acorn = revali's gale, fire wheels = golden mushroom. Like, not even kind of different, they're 1:1. And I know you're aware of this because for most of them you either mentioned that they're the same or, in the case of the propeller cap you showed footage of the feather doing exactly what you said the cap would do while stating that they do the same thing. Some of your ideas, in spite of my negative implication about your video, were really interesting and I think would be fun additions to mario kart.

I would like to see a warp box item. Basically when you use it, you & a random player switch places. It can either be helpful or harmful depending on who you use it on.

I'd love to see the thundercloud reworked like this: you get the speed boost and off road effect until the timer runs out, and anyone you bump into gets shocked. Think of it as a cross between the piranha plant and the lightning bolt

The Ultra Hand would actually be a pretty cool item! 😮

My idea for an item is The Switch, it counts down 3, 2, 1, and then everyone's places are flipped, so first goes to last, last goes to first, 11th goes to 2nd, 10th goes to 3rd, etc. It would be a very rare item

The super bell is already an item in Mario Kart Tour. However, they are only available as special items for certain characters (like the chain dog or the special items in Mario Kart Double Dash). When you get the super bell, it rings three times and emits a shockwave that hits enemies when they are near you and blocks items. Basically like the horn, except that it lasts longer

Drop the mini mushroom on the track like in Super Mario Kart with Peach and Toad

The boo item actually doesn't take it from a random player, it takes it away from the person in front of you!

Mini Mushroom would be an awesome item, when Nintendo decide to make exclusive Mini Mushroom shortcuts into the tracks

Idea for the fire wheels you go super fast but also leave a trail of fire making anyone who touches it spin out

There is also the Bomb Cannon in Mario Kart Tour.

Yah Mario Kart 9 could have that like their could be small areas where you could choose to drive in but you need a mini mushroom for it
