My husband and I both of us eat only two times a day. First meal 11 to 12 pm. Second meal 6 to 7 pm. Normal home cooked meal. No fad diets. Eating outside only twice or thrice a month. That too we try to have before 8 pm or by 1 pm maximum. We r doing strength training Zumba yoga under expert guidance. I have started swimming also at least thrice a weak. After two to three months we started seeing the results. Consistent weight loss and inch loss both. My husbands acidity issue got solved by eating twice a day. And gastric problem is almost gone. Now it has become our life style which we r gonna follow for the rest of our lives. 😊

Dr. Pal, you are like God sent for people with resistance to sensibilities and addiction to stubbornness because your sense of humour combined with healthy Tamil food suggestions breaks out a smile on their face and in turn they get up from their sofas to work towards a healthier life.

I am using two hacks already - sleeping 8 hours and having walnuts. Thank you for explaining things so clearly. Glad I came across your channel.
  • Thank you for this Doctor. Knowingly or unknowingly I was following one by one each of these hacks. Curd was always essentially an integral part. The phone thing I was able to control over a period of time and the Omega 3 I used to resort to capsules after a family doctor recommended it for improving my HDL levels. So all these were fine and good until I actually started working out. I think all these supplemented my strength training even without me knowing as to how it can improve my body composition and visceral fat. I was able to get better results in one month with reduced waist circumference and an improved muscle density.

Hi Dr. Pal, First of all thankyou for explaining the biology behind these things. I really like the way you present. Another thing which makes weight loss difficult is PCOS and it is commonly found in women. What are you thoughts on it and how can someone trigger weight loss if they are suffering from PCOS?
