Ambient Liveset (Home Concert 63)

Published 2024-06-02
Welcome to the 63rd edition of my Home Concert series. In this set I present five new Ambient tracks, arranged with my hardware synths, Daweseome Myth, U-He Repro-5 and Ableton 12. For live looping I used Enso by Audio Damage. This set left me a lot of space for improvisation, the use of my Juno 60 was completely spontaneous.

The music of this set was released on Bandcamp: phelios.bandcamp.com/album/dreams-without-words

I love so much how you take the time to brush the cat in the middle of the set. Much respect. Love your setup! Very much an inspiration, thank you.

There’s even time to groom the cool ambient cat! 😄
  • I don't know whether other regular listeners will agree, and I don't have the musical knowledge to have an informed opinion, but I thought there were some strange and interesting additional elements in this concert that felt/sounded a bit different from what I was 'expecting' (based on having enthusiastically followed this channel for a while) - there were 2 or 3 sections that had a fascinating sense of 'open-ness' and 'expansion' in both structure and timbre, in a way that I am not musically qualified to define or describe... And this is not a criticism of any of the other wonderful work: it's a sense of awe at a highly skilled and crafted talent that can still 'loosen up' into an ever more creative imagination...
  • Thanks for your work! Ive looked for the new mixes of this sub genre for years.

Good to see Neptun and listen to the music. Mr. Peabody, Neptun's doppelganger, went over the rainbow bridge last month. 😿😥Thank you for the healing sounds. 🙏

Very, very, very nice music! Great for relaxing after a day at work! Please make this track 6-8 hours long if possible. I thank the author of the track!👍💓👏

Here's hoping that Neptun will perform a solo.
