there's definitely 2 sides of the story... but what made me disgusted was the talents speaking up for ryan and act as if sending girls home late at night often is normal. let's see if they will say that if their bf/husband acts the same like ryan

Singapore finally produces a good drama after so many years.

Put aside whether Sylvia is a nasty person because it’s a persona or what, no woman can tolerate their partner spending more time with so many females ( like how she would wait for Ryan to have dinner at home but he has eaten with Aurelia without informing etc) as compared to herself especially since he cheated before ( these are proven with receipts) She must have went through very sad and lonely moments with no one to speak to, because they were known as the “golden couple”. I believe everything takes 2 hands to clap, she may be a nasty person but Ryan is def not an angel.

No such thing as “BEST FRIEND” if she is more important than your wife and you favor her over your wife😌

I’m not excusing her behaviour towards her employees. But i notice she is very well spoken, intelligent and hard headed. She has potential to go far with her career once she overcomes this.

I am convinced by now that Sylvia is either a psychopath, or one heck of a tough woman, for being able to show up like this unapologetically and openly, all while bearing the pain that came with the downfall of her career and her dignity. Whether or not she is telling the truth, or if there is ever a fair way of saying whether someone is ultimately right or wrong, I respect her. No one deserves to be treated or attacked like that.

I don’t have a problem with Sylvia being called out for her vile actions but Ryan is even more frustrating by acting all high & mighty as if he’s such a nice guy. Does his actions excuse Sylvia’s? No. But is it a reason behind it? absolutely. They both made mistakes and BOTH should be held accountable. As much as i agree Sylvia is in the wrong, I can obviously tell that Ryan has been driving her up the wall for years and from what i can tell he was definitely lacking as a husband and in some aspects as a boss as well. Being a good boss shouldn’t be about being authoritative or abusive and neither should it be being a friend to your employees (or even worse having a crush on them) btw for anyone saying having a crush on someone is normal, NOT ONLY was he married, he some more go and entertain his little feelings for the noc talents

to everyone saying that sylvia shouldnt bring up ryan’s suicidal tendencies, i feel that there is a need for sylvia to address this bc its really manipulation and i know exactly how it feels to be trapped and not knowing how to go about not hurting your SO more than he already is. its mentally exhausting bc the other person automatically becomes priority bc you’re so afraid that he might just take his life just bc you one day decided to retaliate. also, how else is she going to explain why she acts the way she did to protect ryan? the fact that ryan trusted her to do the scolding bc he refused to be the bad cop, dont tell me ryan didnt know how sylvia would handle the issues? and with sylvia knowing that ryan is depressed and whatever he’s going through, despite all her efforts to protect him, ryan still decides to confide in another prettier girl, what would that make sylvia then? who is sylvia to him anymore? obviously that would completely crush sylvia and her self esteem bc its natural to start to wonder what she’s lacking and why is it that she’s not good enough for ryan to confide in as a wife?

all these do not justify sylvia's behaviours BUT they do explain why she acted the ways she did.

When she said she feels manipulated and trapped when someone keeps playing a suicide card.. is smth so many people dont talk about. I am glad sylvia said it out.

Sylvia did the right thing coming out and sharing all these. Otherwise I would have misunderstood her. Xia Xue did the right thing to publish this interview too. I can’t agree more with her summarized comments.

Ryan is not a leader, it’s Slyvia. Has always been from the start till now. Her strong character comes from all these years of leading the company. Sure her attitude is not great, and her mouth is bad and her workaholic attitude scares the normal people. But! She has the capability to lead the talents in her company, she needed to be strict to her talents. Otherwise, how would they listen? And Ryan is just the weak father to the kids. He doesn’t speak up, doesn’t have the capability to lead. Putting up the good guy image to everyone of course everyone in the company sides him. But he’s not innocent. In short, he’s just a weakling.

Don't trust a 30+ guy who is in a relationship with a very young gal in early 20's.

This is the needed interview to hear Sylvia side of the story. It's very informative and opened the bigger picture. I won't be siding anyone after this. It's because I've seen the human nature of how one person can be labelled as the bad guy overnight by the whole village.

“I cannot control who I feel connected to.” — Ryan in whatsapp receipts; in the context of admitting to his wife he has crushes on his employees while in a marriage. THEN PLEASE JUST STAY SINGLE. Also all those young girls standing up for him after these receipts came to light. Perhaps you’d like to have the same words said to you after 10 years of marriage, especially when you’ve kids/ businesses built together and all? You don’t find it stomach churning? Or you’re also just as immoral?

People who blamed SC for bringing her jealousy into her business, what about RT's PERSONAL pervert crushes on his female BUSINESS colleagues? Is that not bringing personal feelings to business when he put SC down for the girls a huge root cause of all the problems?
