I want to complain about the part at 22:00 where is sayed "When people do not tell you it is a bad idea then many people are already doing it" That is not true i for my self have a great idea and everyone agree with that!!! But no one else is simply able to do it so forget your Rules real great ideas are the once that are Considered Great but Impossible to do. But the rest of the talk is valueable.
