Marcus I really enjoy the styles of houses you show & for the most part you do a good job showing the homes, but you tend to rattle on a bit too much about things that are not concerning the house you’re videoing at the time, therefore you bypass certain features of the home. You’ve been doing that quite often. If I ever move to Texas you will definitely be the realtor I call!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Just a few things...It would a really good home if the game room was a little bigger to get a pool table in there and use it as a mancave. This room need to be enclosed as well. Other than that, I could see myself living in a home like that.

High Vibrations Marcus! This Model home wasn't per say one of my favorites, it didnt give me that Woww feeling- however, i did like the Height of the Ceiling in the Grand Room, not to Extremely High, when its too high, i feel like im in a Museum. So the height was Perfect 👍... On to the Primary Bedroom, my "Outstanding Feature" of course as a Woman was the Hugh Walk-In Closet, and yes i would add a 'Island' definitely to give it more Elegance and of course creating a Space for my Accessories, thats my Vision 😊... And i did like the Acreage of Space, it looks like you can have horse trails/Equestrian Space, not sure. Would love to hopefully Soon to tour in Person one of these Model homes, as I'm actually in the Process of Relocatng from New York there to the "Lone Star State" for a Feeling of Tranquility & Peace. Texas Scenery seems so Peaceful 😊 Thank you for Showcasing!
