This was great, and seeing Dane/1020's model is a great touch. He has the ultimate sense and atmosphere of a ghost engine and I hope to see him used more in the fandom.

This was a fantastic Oliver story! I think it could’ve possibly taken place before Douglas came to the scrapyards maybe as like a lost season 5 episode Edit: I was not expecting Dane (1020) to appear but in a way it kinda fitting

Interesting story on Oliver's last few hours in the yard before Douglas saved him. Nice use of 1020 from Toby's Seaside Holiday as the spectre. True it's not the first time and I already have a feeling some random person is gonna reply to this all like: "His name is Dane from Horrors of Hawin Lake and so on."

It's Dane!! Harwin fixed him and now he is scaring engines to do the right thing and not for fun

Interesting use of 1020/Dane here. Interesting to see him used more since his appearance in a certain trilogy. As for the story, it a nice story and interpretation on what happened during Oliver's escape. At least for the TV version here. Well done on this adaptation.
