    Another major problem with a voucher system is that it assumes everyone needs approximately the same amount of health care. Unlike you, I'm not a fairly healthy guy; I'm a type 1 diabetic. And even with heath insurance, I pay over $100.00/month in prescription co-payments. I would run out of vouchers before I could ever see a doctor. The new system needs to account for people who have chronic illnesses. Good video.
