To all beginners looking to buy markers: Doke has had a lot of experience with markers. He can pretty much make a sketch look decent with whatever cheap markers he is given. The expensive markers may look a little better, but they can't make your fill look substantially better if you just don't have a lot of experience with markers. What I personally did and I suggest you do as well is I bought some cheap markers and started with those. Once I got some experience with markers in general I bought an expensive set designed for sketching. It's better to start out with cheap markers because better markers won't help you get any better. There are certain ways to use a marker to make it last longer and it's better to make some mistakes with cheap markers rather than to ruin a set of nice markers. Also when you're just stating you should worry about things like letter structure instead of the fill (the colors of the letters). You can get good at graffiti for free, all you need is paper and a pencil. You don't need to spend money to be good.
