Drag racing the BYD Seal against supercars! Faster than a Lamborghini?

We drag raced the BYD Seal against some modern supercars including the likes of the Nissan GTR R35, Porsche Cayman GT4, and the Lamborghini Huracan. After the straight line sprint, we took the car out to see how it holds up in a daily driving scenario.

The lag on starting for the seal is for safety reason. To prevent drivers from accidental acceleration

wow! BYD is a beast! here in Australia, the performance model can be had for under 65k... it can beat any supercar 3 times it's price.

electric motors in nature have max torque at 0 rpm, the delay is tuned intentionally to give driver reaction time
