Samatha (Pāli; Sinhala: සමථ; Chinese: 止; pinyin: zhǐ[note ), "calm," "serenity," "tranquillity of awareness," and vipassanā (Pāli; Sinhala විදර්ශනා (Vidarshana); Sanskrit vipaśyanā), literally "special, super (vi-), seeing (-passanā)", are two qualities of the mind developed in tandem in Buddhist practice.
Also called mindfulness or concentration meditation, shamatha is an important introductory practice that leads to the practice of vipashyana, or insight meditation. The purpose of shamatha meditation is to stabilize the mind by cultivating a steady awareness of the object of meditation
Very few people are trained in this special ancient tradition which is delivered in a secular way to a path leading to
happiness, joy, attention, awareness, having agency over the mind and emotional stability. It is the most profound
and highest level of mindfulness.
And we are taking advantage to connect one of these people (holistic mental teachers) through immersive solutions based on conversational AI, leveraging VR and taking mindfullness to the most powerful and highest level of mental transformation.
