3:57 I found a better way. Build a one-block tunnel on the other side and you place a chicken so when you hold some seeds, the chicken causes the chest-minecart to be quarter visible. Then, to hide, you just push it back in. Edit: you can use pistons and lever to ensure the minecart isnt pushed accidentally. For more security, make the tunnel longer, ensuring there's a piston that keeps the chicken in one-block space. The seed acts like a magnet. Then to hide, you lean on to the wall till you can't see "open".
