amber had the best vocals lea had the broadway voice naya was the most versatile

Not only did Amber sing this live, but according to the cast, she had to do it multiple times! This is seriously one of the hardest Broadway songs to sing and Amber sang it back to back to back! Obviously, they added the playback when editing this but . . .WOW!! Her leaning up against the piano wasn't acting, homegirl was literally outta breath!!
  • @Mightyblackcats
Fun fact, Amber did this LIVE infront of the others, they didn’t know what her performance was going to be like. Amber kept this quiet from them all until she sang for them

Tina, Mike Chang, and Matt fan girling throughout the entire performance is basically me.

that is why i love when they did troubletones. Mercedes and Santana was allowed to sing more parts and able to shine more. Instead of constantly puts aside in favor or Rachel getting 80% of solos in performances
  • Everyone in the Glee Club jammed out to this song more than any song Rachel sang thus far.
  • @namp3085
I love how Rachel looks distressed, like Yes. She did that. And even better than you could.
  • @allen5253
This song was meant too be belted unlike 90% of the songs Rachel over sings.
  • @annielight9920
And they really tried to convince us that Rachel was the best singer 🙄
  • @MusicGJO
And now she’s Effie on Dreamgirls London 😭💗
  • So if Amber did this song live in front of the cast so that Ryan can get their real reactions, does that mean Lea looked really scared for real? Lol cause she look like she jealous
  • I feel like with the exception of Lea Michele whose diva behavior is well documented, the rest of the cast are the biggest cheerleaders for their castmates.

I love how this performance came full circle for Amber when she played Effie on the London Musical
  • @miriam1846
she was the queen and i'm still mad by the fact that she didn't get any solos
  • @Aepdylans
I feel like I’m the only one who noticed this but towards the end when the camera is on Rachel you can tell that despite her trying to look jealous Lea is so proud of amber and her voice. I know there’s a lot of drama and stuff I just really liked that
  • I love Brittnay's reaction at the end. She is almost crying of emotion. Must've been magical listening to that LIVE without a mic

One of the best performance of Mercedes I still get chills It has as much potential as the original song (the cover of sarah ikumu was also extraordinary).
  • @heddalee
She sings that loudly and the door is open. THE DOOR IS ALWAYS OPEN.
  • @perryton
Wish Glee would stayed longer to sing “This Is Me” and “Never Enough”. Sigh....
