Chicken Boneless Breast-500gms
Onion 2medium
Garlic 8 cloves
Ginger 1 inch
Green Chilies 8pcs
Tallow 50gms
Red Chilli 5gms or 1.5tsp
Salt 16gms or 2tsp
Cumin 6gms or 1.5tsp
Coriander 5 gms or 1.5tsp
Garam Masala 2gms or 0.5tsp
Black Pepper 3gms or 0.5tsp

Utensils:
Chopper for Mincing meat
Pan for frying
