  • This might be a slightly strange message; but Thank You both for taking so much time, expense and care to look after the bees! Sadly, these days, many people wouldn't bother, and just "get rid" of them. Keep up the excellent work! 👍😊
  • Black Mountain Honey - Laurence - he’s the best resource and is in Wales. There is a saying amongst beekeepers … ask 10 beekeepers a question and get 11 answers! I’ve kept bees for years and started my son off last year with his first hive. It’s the best hobby, completely satisfying! And you get honey! Good luck. I have a video about flow hives back in my archive. GOOD LUCK! Don’t be scared of them Emilie!!! Xxx

I never comment on anything, but felt compelled to say how utterly rude some people are - particularly ‘oldmanraging’ & ‘berniewatts’ You are fully capable of turning off or pressing fast forward. This content costs you nothing and neither do manners Camp Out West - most of us love your content and are grateful for the effort you put in. You are an inspirational young couple - keep up the good work and thanks a million x
  • My word, what a superb video in every respect. Totally absorbing and brilliantly filmed, narrated and edited. I was more than a little disappointed when it ended. You two are the salt of the earth and just ooze love, compassion and what is good in life. I adore your channel and everything you are achieving. All the very best. X
  • So excited for you guys to start your bee journey, there's nothing like harvesting your own honey!!
  • I will never forget my first encounter with hives. Took the courses ,YouTube videos, books etc. I ordered my two nucs. The massive sense of energy I felt when I opened my box. Crazy. Beekeeping has taught me to stay calm and respect the space. They are not predators. They just want to serve the hive . To me it feels like a big responsibility but also a privilege to be a small part of them. You might want to get a mouse guard for the front of the entrance. I've named my hives after the strong women in my life. It's a fun ride !

The hive end looks like a happy face. Emily you were so brave to over come handling bees. Don’t think i could do it.

John, Emily, i am impressed. I've followed you guys from day 1 and watched you grow and become connected with your land. This step is a big undertaking, especially for Emily's need for grounding. Given the importance of Bees and the steady declining numbers, it's a hobby that carries real ecological credentials and a fantastic addition to your brand. Well done guys 😊
  • John, Emily, and Maggie. What an amazing new adventure in having 🐝 🐝 bees. This is exciting. I absolutely love this new adventure. ❤ I absolutely love this channel! Thank you for sharing!
  • @nelleg152
Maggie is so cute. The hive looks like it smiling ❤🐝
  • @lieuwina
A very informative video about bee keeping and I am so glad you both went on the bee keeping course. As they say there's nothing like harvesting your own honey!! Look forward to the next video when you get your bees. Have a lovely day.

I can't believe you still have a caravan to breakdown and finding more rubbish on your land. The local community must be so proud of how you are clearing the site. We'll done. 😊
  • @Wilibear1
Really enjoyed this episode, you are so brave I’m terrified of any kind of wasp bee spider bug and would of been terrified but as always you two get stuck in to anything and everything ,you’re a very inspirational couple.i find your channel very calming
  • @Stevenkjy
Really wanted to say how impressed I am at you taking on bee 🐝 keeping, well done, love to see young people taking traditional crafts into the future ❤️ ❤❤
  • @TevjaWeston
You can definitely move them within the 3ft/3m rule. There are a few things to do. When you put them in the final position. Drape a thick layer of leafy branches over the front of the hive. This way the bees know something is different and they re-orinentate to the new location. The 3ft/3m rule has been debunked now. Research it, you'll have more options then. Hope all goes well with the girls.

Loved seeing you guys, and some of the progress you’ve made, we need more and longer videos to be able to learn as well as sharing
  • That was a really interesting video - and quite a significant added interest for you too. Bees are so important and I'm so glad you are doing a significant bi for them. Well done.
