I find it amazing that the early stages of human flight depended on lift, wieght and aerodynamics... Nowadays you can make a something without actual wings and as aerodynamics as a brick fly. All it takes is a massive amount of power from a really small engine.

Make a Zeppelin Peter! You could use strips of foam for the frame, cover it in tissue paper and use Balloontime cans and just use regular party balloons...then set it on fire if it doesn't work... ;-)
