The more podcasts I watch, the more attractive Zach’s personality is. When you mention that you “play into the persona of someone with an ego”, or is it flirt, I forgot—oddly enough I felt for you. Because that felt genuine, though it was meant to be facetious. Say what you will, for all his jokes, Zach is INCREDIBLY emotionally intelligent and aware of where others are as well.

Loved Tara on this episode! Zach totally met his match in her. I also love how she connected with Jared and gave him her undivided attention when he spoke to her. And he finally had the chance to have the spotlight on him for a minute, especially as an interviewer.
