Very good job. The wall thickness of the casting are so good. We don't see that thickness anymore.

20 years ago I helped my friend in Panonia restoration. Engine was 2 stroke of 250ccm3. I really enjoyed in test driving after we finished the job. Owner was very pleased with the job we done, he payed us for job and bought us a bottle of Jim Beam. We worked on that bike almost one year, as we was waiting for owner to bring us the spare parts from Hungary.

Cool! (That's irony) Everything would be assembled like this: take it apart, paint it, assemble it and go. And you do not need to lubricate units during assembly? What am I talking about, a week of driving and he's back on the side of the road. In a year we are waiting for restoration with the same bike? 🤣

Great video... love watching the restoration process, very satisfying. Only concern is about tapping out those bearings with a socket on the centers of the races, should only be driven out on the outer ring of the race, but i continued watching & saw you put in new bearings (THUMBS)

Beautiful work! The ability to work on a lathe or other cutting equipment is very important because it can come in handy! And usually it is. Congratulations, best regards! My Uncle Stanislaw (Father's Brother), a fighter pilot, had such Panonia long ago. I cordially greet the Soldiers and Officers!

Что мне нравится в панониях, так это указатель включенной передачи под карбюратором. Едешь такой, забыл на какой передаче, посмотрел на ходу под карбюратор и чешешь дальше. В тоже время, на сколько я помню, подсос выведен куда-то между сиденьем и баком.
