Today's video is an extended version of my previous 1 hour brown noise! Due to the demand, this will be 3 hours of simply brown noise. What is brown noise? Brown noise is similar to white noise, except a much lower frequency. You may be familiar with white noise being used to help babies sleep. Personally I absolutely LOVE IT because extremely soothing, isn't as high pitch as white noise, but also isn't as distracting as music can be at time. It also helps add an extra layer of background to mute out any external noises that may sneak through headphones! (ie: car honks, doors closing, footsteps from an upstairs neighbor..) You can also use this as background music while cleaning, relaxing, studying, or sleeping. I hope you enjoy....

....and as always and forever....THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!! 🤍

Dude— MY BRAIN IS FINALLY QUIET FOR ONCE!!! I’m autistic, and normally my thoughts are traveling so fast, coming and going, and now, it’s just quiet 😌 Definitely using this when I go to sleep!!! To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight 😴🧸
  • This reminds me of being on an airplane in the middle of the night… so silent, and I felt so sneaky for being awake- with the cold air blowing on me- the plane feeling so fresh and the light just barely making it so I could see, love this feeling coming back to this video later for sure

I've heard somewhere, that one of the reasons why it's so soothing to us, is because it's said to mimic the sounds we hear in the womb, which are still deeply rooted in our subconscious memory, hence having the ability to calm us down even now. Also because of it's supposed similarities to the brain's resting state.

If you're reading this, I hope that day comes real soon where your wildest dreams come true. Where you finally feel that you are at peace with yourself and your surroundings. May your life be full of joy, strength, light, and ease. May you lead a life full of positivity and greatness. You got this👍❤️

This reminds me of falling asleep in the car as a child ❤
  • @megumifush1gur0
This reminds me when you're just floating in the water and it covers your ears from the outside noise, it's kinda like a natural noise cancelation lol, it's so relaxing
  • It reminds me of being on a plane at night or in a ship while there's a storm outside 🥰
  • @Zaiynah
I love this it feels like I’m getting like a hug idk how to explain it makes me feel heavy and its really comforting
  • @ughohughhhhh
not even ten minuets into it and… idk how to explain it, the moment it started i felt shivers running down my spine and my eyes got wet for no reason, turned out this how my body reacted on something so soothing and calming. i really want to thank you! it’s so hard to keep your head “empty” with adhd and asd. i literally have no other thoughts right now and can concentrate. insane… is~ is this how normal people feel? so amazing!
  • This started popping up on my recommendations after my ASMR sleep sessions. I would wake up to this video all the time it’s so peaceful xoxo
  • @elpapu2410
as a phonk listener, I am constantly awake, hustling and angry. i tried listening to this video 3 times and it never failed, i could find peaceful sleep. god bless.
  • @Angiee..
this is exactly what i need, I can’t fall asleep if there’s too much noise and I can’t fall asleep if it’s no noise at all ❤️
  • @May_003
I have NEVER felt this calm before ...... this is by far the best brown noise video I've ever heard!
  • I’ve put this on every night for the past month. I’ve never went to sleep within the 1st hour of laying down until I came across this video. I’ll put it on and within 10-30 minutes maximum I’m out until my alarm. Seriously, never take this down. Thank you.
  • this brown noise sound is slightly more quiter or lower than other brown noises ive heard and it makes all the difference. i find this one much calming
  • @luke.storer
I love the subtle fluctuations throughout the video. Many times these types of tracks are simply the same sound constantly for the duration, but this one periodically has interesting variations. (Example @ 2:35) This makes the video stand out from other similar videos.
