PSALM 85
For the choir director. Of the sons of Korah. A Psalm.

O Yahweh, You showed favor to Your land;
You returned the fortunes of Jacob.
You forgave the iniquity of Your people;
You covered all their sin. Selah.
You withdrew all Your fury;
You turned back from Your burning anger.

Turn us back, O God of our salvation,
And cause Your vexation tow
ard us to cease.
Will You be angry with us forever?
Will You prolong Your anger from generation to generation?
Will You not Yourself return to revive us,
That Your people may be glad in You?
Show us, O Yahweh, Your lovingkindness,
And give us Your salvation.

Let me hear what the God, Yahweh, will speak;
For He will speak peace to His people, to His holy ones;
But let them not turn back to folly.
Surely His salvation is near to those who fear Him,
That glory may dwell in our land.
Lovingkindness and truth have met together;
Righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
Truth springs up from the earth,
And righteousness looks down from heaven.
Indeed, Yahweh will give what is good,
And our land will yield its produce.
Righteousness will go before Him
And will establish the way of His steps.

    As a stranger who doesn't know you all that well, you don't spread depression. Quite the opposite, you seem (from the outside) very calm and peaceful. God bless, you carry your cross well.

    I was able to finish your video. Thank you for your personal message and reading. You have always been in my prayers. Such an important message for us..Gods desire to restore his image in us, especially if we are claiming the name of a Christian. What a promise and privilege for us. This world keeps moving in on me but it’s less and less as I keep my eyes on Jesus. Thank you for all your encouraging messages that revive our spirits.
  • Thank you for this. I sense the weight on your shoulders but hang in there. You are an inspiration.

    230am? Now you’re on my work schedule. Like you, I was prediabetic not quite crossing the line yet into a diabetic diagnosis. but my blood work was always out of the normal range for glucose. As we probably have talked about, I went two years during Covid with zero sugar even through the holidays. My blood sugar is now well within the normal acceptable range and a host of other benefits, health benefits, has followed in its wake. Achy bones and joints are completely gone now. So it’s not impossible to reverse those things, my friend. I only had time to listen up to that part, but I will finish listening a little later today. Thank you for sharing good things to put into our brains Jan.
