Hi Libby - Please take this as only a suggestion but, I have noticed that a lot of your meals do involve lots of carbs. Try cutting back on the carbs i.e. potatoes, pasta, bread, crackers and eat more protein based food i.e. legumes veggies etc. I know if I am trying to loose weight I have to cut back a lot on the carbs and this does the trick.

Greetings from Los Angeles! Can't wait to see your Cali vlogs!

I use Woolworths home delivery weekly. It is an extra $3.50 for the items to be left in the crates and unpacked for you or $1 per delivery for the plastic bags which are now partially made from recycled products. I understand the crates/unpacking option is not too popular with the drivers because of the time it adds !

Rosie is doing the right thing by teaching the pup some manners, saves you having to do it.

Hi Libby, have been missing your vlogs so nice to get a new one. I think you are the one who recommended Jen from A Thousand Words? Pretty sure that is how I found her. Anyway, she has shown grocery pickup where she asked for boxes and it was just like you described so that may be where you saw it. Your Cali trip sounds nice. I have driven down most of that coastline and it is stunning. I will look forward to experiencing it again through your videos. I am far north, but maybe one day you will make it up here. :) I feel sorry for Rosie as I guess i relate to her, LOL. Hope this week has been good.

I think you are right about ditching the pre- made vegan products and replacing them with veggies and legumes. Good luck I think you can absolutely do it! I think a food diary is also useful to really see where the calories/ fats etc are coming from. The meds do make it hard for sure.

I'm not aware of the IB program allowing you to do 4 subjects to get into uni as an option. I would check this. 45 - (2x7) = 31. Highest score possible for her is 31. Getting a 7 is difficult. In my opinion uncertainty would cause more stress. It would be cheaper and less stressful to do the HSC for 3 years doing 2 subjects a year.
  • In NZ with Countdown which is kiwi Woolworths and we can request to go in banana boxes.
  • Hi Libby. Random question. Have you removed your playlists as was going to rewatch one of your cruise vlogs series. Btw can't wait for the California vlogs.

Hi Libby, just a very friendly bit if info. 💐 When Rosie is lip curling, and reacting, she is using all of her warning signals. It is very important to not reprimand her for it, as some dogs then decide not to give a warning, as there is a negative for doing so. Both Bailey & Rosie were making you aware of the situation with all the barking... as they were looking for their human authority to step in and take control of the situation. Damage can happen when humans don’t listen to the language their dogs are projecting. Like children, Koda needs to respect the boundaries, and in the wild, other dogs in the pack would put him in his place,,, but both Rosie and Bailey see you as head of the pack,, and were waiting for you to do it. If nobody listens, sometimes dogs take things into their own hands... as they have to, because nobody else is taking control. When things get too much for the other dogs, place Koda on a lead, put him outside or create a barrier for the others. Let them try to work it out is good, but listen for signs that require humans to step in. Love all your vlogs. 😊 hope you don’t take what I’ve said negatively. X
  • Your portion sizes certainly are reasonable. Infact most Vegans I know of have much bigger portions. Tfs 🌹

Get it in writing from the IB, not from the school. Whatever school she's going to likely just wants the money. Make sure you get facts.
