I graduated from high school in 1976. This song was hitting at that point, along with songs by the likes of the Bee Gees, Peter Frampton, Fleetwood Mac, Moody Blues, ELO, Hall and Oates, Wings, etc, etc. All of that on AM radio and expanded play format FM radio. Free to everyone. Such variety. Vibrant, interesting, exciting music. Nice to have that as the soundtrack to my early, formative years. Ahh, the 70s!

My late brother Tony was a phenomenal guitarist (started at age 6) he lived music and it lived in him (he went from playing a classical Segovia, to Caribbean Spanish style to Wes Montgomery to many of the greats including George Benson!) This was one of his favorites , I miss my brother ,he passed away in 2020 and every time I hear this my mind and heart sees and hears my brother. Rest in peace my brother, you are loved and remembered 💔🙏🏽
