Awesome! I’m near Toronto and planning on moving into a van next year so these are great tips
  • Some really great tips. Red lights, that a superb thing to know and makes incredible sense. Thank you for sharing all your knowledge. One possible option is to go through neighborhoods maybe like Parkdale (knock on doors) and look to see if a resident might have a huge yard space, they may allow you to park there for a few hundred a month. Suggest your quiet, discrete and saving money and can drive away at a moments notice) Or maybe from 9 pm to 9 am. Paying 3-4 hundred certainly beats $1800 in monthly rent. Good luck in your travels.

Enjoyed watching your video!! I’m trying to find a place to park for the night. I’m doing a cross country road trip and I thought Vancouver was bad for parking, but it’s nothing compared to Toronto! Think I’ll have to drive to the outskirts of the city to sleep comfortably, drive into the city to catch the train, and then back out of the city to continue my road trip.

I know this is an old video, but I part time van live in my '95 Astro. I really want to go back to Toronto this year, and this has helped a ton. I watched it twice and I missed the name of the out door work out park; what was that one called?
