@donx69 Hey. It's a custom 3 inch exhaust built by a company called EMP Performance over in Watford. They did a de-cat and removed the back box, so its a straight through pipe all the way. The tip is called Twin Slash Cut.

And what you had done to achieve that noise sounds awesome ??

Is there a cheaper way of getting a similar sound from the car? Ive got the same car and was thinking off putting a sport back box on it but dont want anything too loud.

so is this a straight through now mate? looking at getting a custom fabricated cat-back straight through...one place said "yeah cool np" the other said "omg it'll be loud as fook". your thoughts? thanks.

@jamiebridges123 Hey, only just saw your msg. My exhaust is straight through - no cat or back box. It is loud, but not as loud so as to set car alarms off or anything. If you take it easy you can pull away nicely and quietly.

I mean sometime you get like a howling that sorta whistle is expected

Are these any good as second cars? I'm considering one, a 1.9 TDI as well as insurance is extortionate on petrol engines.
  • @mitchy5580
Can i be cheeky and ask how much this cost?
  • Please i have VW passat B6 1.9 TDI, What is the muffler tube size ? And is it possible to use the electrical exhaust valve ? Do i need to program the engine ? 🤔 Thank for the answer and i wish you good luck. ♥️👍
