We Went Grain-Free for 30 Days...and Here's What Happened!

Did you know that grain can spike your blood sugar more than table sugar does? Or that the grains of today are not what they used to be? After lots of research we decided to go grain-free for 30 days to see how we felt, and the results are in!

  • Grain free for three years now. Immediately dropped 48 pounds . Reversed RA and take no steroids or anti-inflammatory. After 20 years of up to ten cycles of prednisone and 8 occasions a year of injections of corticosteroids.... it all stopped. Reversed diagnosed Hashimotos Disease. I havent had so much as a tylenol in 3 years , 50 years old and in better shape than my twenties without regimented exercise ( 8- 12 hrs labor 5 days a week outside). Zero seed oils . Zero sugar. Red Meat and animal fat only. Water. Fruit through summer only . Tree nuts in winter months. ( gets over 115 regularly). Plants have ruined folks teeth , hearts, kidneys. It all started 5k years ago. Pre 5000 years ago , zero cavities . Zero obesity. Zero metabolic disease. Zero diabetes. Higher testosterone, more hair, stronger bones , bigger brain pan, larger mouths.
  • Grain free for 8 months. ALL joint pain GONE!! Tinnitus GONE!! Skin rashes, almost gone. Anxiety gone, except for when I'm relly worried about something specific,....I still have a few cocktails now and then. Even if I have a slight "hangover", I don't have the headache.
  • Everything you said is true and what's sad is, grains are pushed at diabetics claiming to be healthy when they're not.

  • Grain free cured my acne (it was gone in 2 weeks, now I rarely breakout(only with overly salty foods (like canned fish) but like grains are in bottled spices (rice fillers , so ex: garlic powder I use a whole garlic instead), vit c (derived from corn) , essentially anything packaged has it (either has corn syrup , rice, or vit c)so I stick w/ whole foods) , grain free also cured my chronic nose congestion (I use get nose congestion after eating grains not anymore) (I’ve also noticed grains cause acne/breakouts/ and nose congestion in most people 9/10 like days/ hours after eating them) , also my stool greatly improved going grain free (grain based I was constantly constipated). Also for those wondering if gluten free is the move it’s not gluten enzyme is found within the endosperm of grains that’s impossible to take out so , it’s essentially fancy marketing. Also for those wondering where am getting my fiber fruits, vegetables are my go to options.

    If you think that feels good, try cutting out all plant foods. Truly amazing. Best I've ever felt

  • Im on week 3 of grain free. I forgot for a moment and had a small piece of cake at a 4th of July bbq. And O felt it later on. Im giving myself some grace but, I hope to remember and just make avoiding grains 2nd nature

    I think I have only gluten allergy because after eating rice I do n ot get bloated, trying to eliminate all breads and gluten
