“You will not interrupt any other lawyer. I am in charge of the procedure in this court. I have seen the judiciary for the last 24 years and I will not allow any lawyer to dictate the procedure of my court,” said CJI to Nedumpara.

The CJI is correct, this lawyer lacks discipline and has been rude plenty of times before. This is not his first time acting disrespectful towards the decorum of the SC

I am just amazed that CJI didn't initiate contempt of court against him. He should have some respect for the chief justice of india, he is grateful that CJI is not a short tempered man else he would be facing contempt of court proceedings against him for sure.
