    Idk how I came across your channel lol but point is, I did, and I’m so glad!! I’m a 46 year old momma and trying to get back into shape. I’m not over weight but I definitely need a “tune up”😂 Watching you inspires me and I’ve already started these workouts!! Thank you!!

    You make me so less depressed when I think about pregnancy. I’m someone who loves to workout and most of the information out there insinuates that you should workout or move. It was really daunting and depressing thinking about being pregnant because I always felt like I wouldn’t be allowed to workout etc. but after watching you and learning more it has widened my horizons and makes pregnancy a little less scary for me.

    Omg can u do this with a few other workouts like legs,abs,arms
