fun fact: some of the new combo weapons CAN be affected by magazines, such as the electric crusher (building) and the laser eyes (domestic) being the only "useful" combo weapons.

Laser sword is an easy combo weapon to make and it's good for crowd clearing

5:32 I find the use of skateboards increadibly useful in Dead Rising 2 OTR, in the first game I find It kinda sus since they're made of paper and quickstep is just a godsend making so that by the time the speed increase thanks level up I never use them again, but in the second is just my favourite item.

2:50 while the domestic magazine is in fact useless, and the hotel doors are locked, the area is still accessible if you use the service entrance found in Uranus Zone to get to the South Plaza before Case 1-3; oddly enough, the doors will still be locked if exit through and try to re-enter them

Thanks for the video! I recently decided to revisit DR2 and OTR after nearly a decade and I found your vids very useful and up to date. I just want to ask 2 small questions: 1. How do you get around the infinite loading bug after closing the safehouse gate in 6-4 "breach" on PC? 2. When wearing the ninja outfit and using a broadsword, the swing and slicing audio effect seems to be bugged and won't play at all, is there a way around it? Thank you regardless!

So just out of curiosity? The Gambling 3 and Bargaining 2 Magazines are they obtainable in Sandbox Mode? Because when you go into the Bank in Uranuszone you can't use the Bank's Lockbox system

Wow, so almost all the magazines are considered niche? Just for the sake of it, I only use the juice boost magazine. One inventory space shouldn't hurt too much.
