Horrible cap management and made 1 good trade(Ekholm) and 1 good signing(Hyman). Horrible drafting record and yes the GM is involved in drafts. Nurse, Brown, Campbell contracts were terrible. Chiarelli was worse but thats not saying much. Go Oilers Go
