Clark x Lois Happened Too Soon

Seems like Jimmy here is another Tucker Foley situation - where he is left in the background while Danny Phantom and Sam are shoved together, particularly towards the end of that show.

I confess, a part of me will always hold a soft spot for Sups and Wondy (don't judge me) this interpretation of Clark and Louis will forever be my #1 version. I felt next to nothing for prior incarnations, so the fact that this one made me WANT them to get together, and be EXTREMLY HAPPY about it really says alot. However, with all lf that said, I still agree with most of your points. 10 episodes was not enough time to flesh things out and I really wanted to know more about Clark's past. I mean, yeah we all know it by now, but seeing Clark figure it out was what drew me in. Also, this version of Clark is a precious baby and I will protect him with my life. And I won't lie to you, the scene where Metropolis comes together to help Superman after he saved them countless times, even AFTER they started to fear him....it made me cry😢. Never since MLP:FiM has a show hit me so hard in the feels. The scene was a reminder of not only the true legacy of Superman, but also a beautiful illustration about the power of kindness and jow it can go a long way. Even if you don't see its effects right away.

This is definitely one of the best incarnations of Superman out there, but it also could've benefitted from a few more episodes. Here's hoping a few of the less explored aspects from this season are developed more in the next.
