    How do you know when someone does their cardio fasted? Don’t worry, they’ll tell you. For real though, Chauhan reminds me of Frank Sepe: he comes off as warm and charming, and he’s fit but not intimidatingly so. (And I mean that in a nice way; as some other comments more sarcastically indicate, I can at least believe that I could look like that if I put in eight years of consistency.)
