Hell yeah dude! Badass build! I have some 8ft. pallets I've been thinking about building a go cart out of, but different from yours. Now I really want to! I have 4 projects lined up first, then it's on!

When you're done you can use a pallet Jack to haul it around or pick it up with a forklift

Nice build. I've tried making stuff from pallets. I found that under cyclic loads a lot less than this is going to see, the nails holding the pallet together work themselves loose. So you need to reinforce the pallet with screws. Also, you should add a foot brake. And probably a foot throttle too.

it turned out to be a great go-kart, but I would have converted it into a lawn mower!) this thought dawned on me as soon as he drove out onto the grass. thanks a lot for the new ideas!

It could use some ground clearance as well as suspension. But I'm thoroughly impressed overall. Are you going to keep it and continue to modify it or just leave it as it is?
