Would you consider doing more videos of start to finish? E.g. you acquiring land, building on it etc over the space of a few months like a series, then doing a q&a based on this project

Hey Samuel, do you use a software tool to manage properties or keep track of maintenance and expenses for each property? Greetings from Holland!

Hi Samuel, another great video, thank you! 😊 I've secured another property deal after your crash course and this time it's a city centre studio apartment and I'm getting a lot of interest from potential tenants who are on housing benefits, although I don't discriminate and would like to help these people, is it a smart move from a business point of view? what are positives/negatives? Many thanks in advance!

If I’m on interest only at what stage do you think its the right time to switch to repayments?

Hi Samuel, hope you can help me: I want to get a development fund for a meaty project but the seller wont agree to a conditional offer whilst the planning goes through. Are there any other options please?

Hi Samuel - LOVE YOUR CHANNEL! You have inspired me to make major changes in my life. And I look forward to eventually being on your "Winners on a Wednesday"! QUESTION: I am moving to the beautiful Lake District. Do you have any contacts in this area who you can recommend to help build my Power Team? Specifically, a Solicitor and a Mortgage Broker who are familiar with Lease Options? Thanks and keep doing what you're doing!!

QUESTION: As a family we each own 2 properties. Now I have suggested to my sister and brother to join ventures and start buying together. We are still in 2 minds to whether to do it through a company or just buy together. What are the pros and cons in terms of paying a monthly wage form the rental income, capital gains and etc. I would appreciate your comments and your advice on this.

Every single person I've known (including myself) has had non-paying tenants including with references and well to do has had non-paying tenants, need to have a pay in terms of insurance, etc in case they stop paying

Hi Samuel, Tenant here.. My landlord refused to let me move into the property until 3 days after the lease was supposed to start because the property had no gas certificate. The tenancy start date is a date where the property was illegal. The second day of moving in my neighbor in the flat next to me told me that he was stabbed here... Over the next 1-2 months I had my bathroom window kicked in and I was assaulted. My landlord is the landlord of everyone in the street. I asked him to evict the dangerous person or let me leave tenancy. He has refused. Do I have the right to end the tenancy early out of fear for my safety?

Hi Sam, Any tips on getting into buy to let as a first time buyer? Saving as we speak but just want to be ready when the time comes. Also what do you look for in a potential rental property?
  • Hi Samuel, I’ve recently just purchased my first buy to let at 15% BMV with cash. Once renovation is complete I want to refinance but what is the best way to do this as I’m 19 year old.

  • @danieldam4029
