genius III -32% exp needed genius II -19% exp need u using both -30% exp so it with be -111% exp needed, that's why it show negative

This is the thing: 19% genius 2 32% genius 3 30% cosmic skin 20% mythical skin = 101%, just above removing exp requirement. No need for 2 cosmic skins b/c of this.

i said this in Fminusmic video about this it isnt a bug it is that the quirks and skins says it -experience needed to level up so with the math 30 30 19 32 that is more then -100% xp needed to level up so mathematicly it will level up instently since there is no xp needed to level up

This is not bug. Prolly you arent familiar with this kind of thing in simulators, but this has been used in a lot of games since anime fighters success
