Fishing with kids is the greatest joy you can feel to me. They don't care what it is, they're excited to catch em all. I love seeing how they light up and get excited as soon as they feel a nibble.

GO VOLS! Go KNOXY! Can we hear him sing Rocky Top? Cmon Kelton be nice to little bro. We want to see ya fishing. My Favorite way to eat Bonita is the same way I eat Bluefish. Get a piece of plywood and a very sharp fillet knife, fillet the fish in the board, throw away the fish and eat the board. Never had either bluefish or bonita that tasted very good. Wish they did taste good, cause they are a blast to catch.

Bonito is great. Smoked is the best but like you said same day sashimi is awesome too. Problem with them is that you have to do it right away they don't like the fridge or the freezer they turn in to mush.
