I found out that I had developed a heart condition because I have an Apple Watch. Was watching TV one night and felt my watch buzz. I looked at my watch, and saw that I was in Afib! So I was able to get it treated promptly so that my threat of stroke is reduced!

I love how whenever i’ve been sitting down for too long it tells you to take a sec and stand up

My Apple Watch had notified me a couple times of abnormally high heart rate at a resting state. Life has been so stressful, and my fitness has tanked and my anxiety at an all time high, but I didn’t realize how bad I had let it get until it had started actively alerting me. Have been making changes for the better.. worth every penny!

Apple need to improve their advertising cuz I had no clue about any of these features, except heart rate and gestures of course. This is the best “ad” I’ve seen on the Apple Watch ever since it came out.

The feature I use every day and love so much is the ability to add groceries to my shopping list in reminders using Siri. Even my children run to me, press the crown and go like: “add biscuits to the groceries list” 😂

I agree. The timer is like the main thing for me on the watch… I use it for gym, cook and other things. I’ve been thinking to get different bands so I can feel as if I am wearing different watches. A feature I would like is… to adjust the time of the alarm ring. It is annoying the alarm doesn’t stop ringing. I’d like to ring for 20 seconds. It would be great if I can choose how long I want it to ring. Also, when I have complications on the main watch face… I want to see my heart rate, timer… in real time after the screen dims.

I love my 45mm midnight black apple watch series 8. Probably the most personal piece of tech I own.

The health benefits go beyond what's directly offered. For example, the watch has no feature to detect breathing issue such as sleep apnea (which I have), but by looking at my sleep stage info as well as heart rate monitoring and respiration rate I am able to infer breathing interruptions during sleep. It's a great device. P.S. this is a great channel and I always look forward to your content!
  • The ability to stop/snooze alarm while sleeping, receiving notifications, making/answering calls, fitness tracker, handwashing timer, weather condition etc. the list is endless. I love my Apple watch so much.

The series 9 is the first Apple Watch I’ve owned and I think the best feature for me is that I can’t have my phone on my person at all times but it’s nice knowing I can get notifications about my son at school should anything happen. I can still see it and not miss an important message.

On July 16 almost 7 months ago at 9 PM I started feeling fluttery and I done an EKG through my series 5 and it detected atrial fibrillation which scared me and I was admitted to the hospital and stayed overnight until morning. I didn’t even sleep until 3 am after being in the ER for 4 hours and I got my blood drawn to check for cardiac enzymes. I went back to the doctor a few days later and got my blood drawn again and found out I have sleep apnea. I go back for another follow up on April 17 to see if I can qualify for a CPAP machine and I traded my series 5 for the Ultra 2 which has a longer battery life and I sleep with it on and it has the blood oxygen feature which helps. I’m currently 29 and will be 30 in 5 more months and didn’t know how the Afib got after me. My watch has saved me from a stroke!
  • First off, I’d like to say that I love my Apple Watch!!!! I have the series 7 version. I think my favorite feature is the text to talk when sending text messages. Also having the keyboard on the watch even though I don’t use that.

Well, I have a couple of things that I love about my Apple Watch first being able to view my medical ID on the watch is amazing and also the emergency SOS feature really comes in handy and also fall. Detection is great as well. I also love using the mental health feature on the Apple Watch. Oh yes, the mindfulness app and many other things. I am visually impaired so those things really really help me out and those are my favorite things on the Apple Watch and being able to track my workout as well and my steps, and looking up the rings as well. I have a little bit of vision to see the rings on my phone. Sleep I did track it for a while but then I stopped tracking it.☺️⌚️

On my lte apple watch se2, i can connect bluetooth headphones directly to the watch and stream music and take calls without the phone. So, you can go out or work out in the gym and leave your phone at home. This drains the battery, though. In fact, most basic apple apps for the watch can work independently.
