So if they claim the people, who are in the public sphere, are like ''free domain'' that does not mean their children are. So, like, clearly she does not want the kids to be photographed and also photographers should not include them in any pictures. If the parents are, so called ''free domain'' even if they are not also (bcz imagine if you just went to people's workplace and were in paparazzi mode right. Stupid and not acceptable), that does not mean the kids are. So all you sick paparazzi's should leave kids alone especially, but also have just basic humanity where you ask someone to take their pictures, how about that? Be a human.
