I have been looking to get some exact information that is, after you are done with col-PCR. Then you run the PCR products on the agarose gel to check if the correct size(designed) of plasmid or insert is present. or something different?

Is the description about suicide vector correct? My understanding about suicide vector is related to replication incompetency which is not due by toxin but by lack of replication origin
