I just watched all of your videos. I learned more about the city in an hour than I have in 5 1/2 years living here. I definitely look forward to more of your top notch content!

Quite a contrast from your 8 worst neighborhoods, Olga. Thanks for sharing both sides.

Summerlin is massive, stretching north from Cheyenne all the way south to Sunset, and east to Hualapai. And every single neighborhood within this district is super clean. But as Olga stated, it's also quite pricey. Beautiful, but pricey.

Great Video! Informative since I will be moving to Vegas after I retire in 2ish years most preferably for me is Section 10 or Spring Valley.

I love Vegas, I live on the east coast in Maryland I hope to one day move to Vegas once I retire, this was a good review

I just subscribed! Planning on moving to LV next year to retire. No, not to 55 over communities. We are open to buy!! I’ll keep watching your vids! 🙏🥰 coming from SoCal
  • @boudoirxmarissa
Yes to all … except Summerlin is #1 😂 and I’m going to convince you to move here eventually
  • @brianplace
Considering moving to Vegas - your videos are really helpful. Thank you! But why are there pictures of EPCOT when you talked about Anthem? 🤣
  • @sfjeanfrancois
Can’t wait to learn more about Vegas ! Olga is awesome 👏🏻

The Strip is the LAST place I would put on any list to move to in Vegas. True locals stay as far away from the strip as we can. We avoid it like the plague.
  • @dankearney8636
I knew when you started with the Strip AND had the Arts District I would like this video. Most realtors & locals don’t know downtown neighborhoods in actual Las Vegas exist and like most locals…have no idea there are locals actually living on & around the Strip. I lived in a high rise off the Strip for 3 years (Turnberry Place) and loved it. Wanting a house again, we moved to my favorite area…the Vintage Vegas neighborhoods off Rancho….Rancho Circle, Rancho Bel Air, Rancho Nevada Estates, Scotch 80’s, Alta estates, McNeil Estates, etc. Like section 10, you get beautiful custom homes on huge lots with mature landscape and the option and security of guard gated communities as well where you don’t in Section 10. We just did not like the cookie cutter neighborhoods where all the homes look alike on tiny postage stamp lots in many of the areas you mentioned and the majority of all new builds today.

NW area is great area as well (where i live) near Lone Mtn and 10mins from RED ROCK Casino. However, the only bad part is the lack of restaurants but it's really quiet.

What do you think of Sky Canyon? Does this new neighborhood have growth potential?
