  • Dr.G. Cured my Lupus with a raw food diet!! I am now negative for lupus, not in remission or I would still have the markers but negative!! Thank you Dr G. You have changed my life. 💝☀️☀️☀️

That put my concerns to rest! "Be afraid of meat and dairy and processed foods, sugars, sodas. Be afraid of that. Don't be afraid of leafy greens. That's exactly what your body was designed to eat." I just so love the way you speak. Cut to the quick, no nonsense. We need more voices like yours. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Preach it Doc.....dont stop teaching the truth
  • I joined the Facebook group and dropped out because I was attacked verbally by people when I asked this question. It was very frustrating. Obviously I didn’t know about oxalates and I was looking for answers. I had read all the negative information and seen none of the positive. I’ve been on this protocol now for two months. I would do it all day long if I could afford to however, I can only do it once a day so I choose mornings. I do it for overall health and it’s wonderful. I’m lucky enough to have realized many years ago that you are what you eat and I have been plant-based for roughly 44 years. However, that Facebook group is not supportive. It’s terrible I had to drop out because I felt attacked. However, I love all the information you share and I thank you for doing so. I will just continue to tune in to YouTube. 🙏🏻

Thank you very much, Dr. Brooke! So glad you talk about this. But as far as I know, when it comes to oxalate symptoms, it’s not just about kidney stones. I oftentimes read that high amounts of high oxalate foods may also create other symptoms like f.ex. joint pain. And it struck me that whenever I ate one of the so called high ox veggies or fruits, my body aches and pains increased greatly. But that did NOT happen when having low ox veggies or fruits. So how come? I figured it must most probably be a detox reaction. As those foods are highly cleansing and detoxing. Still, somehow, I wonder how long is this supposed to last? I’m 6 months in, completely plant based, and the pains and aches are still going strong. I do Hope it will alleviate at some point. It is hard to endure those pains.
  • Of the greens, the specific concern for oxalates is spinach, swiss chard, and beet greens. There are other greens that are not a concern for oxalates like kale.
  • God bless you and thank you so much this was extremely helpful for me I love plant-based eating and I knew this oxalate thing was nonsense so glad I found your video
  • Thank you so much Dr. Goldner! I actually asked a question relating to this in your Instagram. And you answered it right here for me. I will keep going through the protocol. Can't wait to share a success one day.
  • @Joseph1NJ
I remain ambivalent, because I had my first spinach smoothie today, not even baby or organic, and it was delicious! I did add 4 prunes though. Dr Greger has some videos recommending limiting spinach.
  • @jedlimen123
Thank you Dr!! Good stuff, first vid, new sub.. I know this to be true from personal experience, green smoothies are the bomb (and don’t eat highly processed/ refined).. and drink good water. Wishing you health & happiness.
  • What about the info going around about calcium absorption being decreased when eating higher oxalate foods like spinach?
  • I have recently been diagnosed with Antiphospholipid syndrome which explains a lot about what has been happening with my health, about to start your healing protocol but I do already have kidney stones, one at 12mm in size, I have also suffered with gout in the past. Should I avoid Spinach in my smoothies?
  • @gabysanchez6407
Hi Dr. Goldner what veggies and fruits do you recommend to be added on the smoothies for a lupus nephritis stage 4 patient?
  • I went to Barnes and Noble to buy ur book but we had to order it. Can't wait to get u and ur hubbies books. I'm EXCITED!
