Minecraft Live: Vote For The Poacher?

Unfortunately, Mojang is always saying no to hostile mobs that are real, even though they could just make them neutral. I mean, they have added polar bears! So it feels more like double standards.

The crocodiles are actually really cool, but aren't they stalker type hunters? It would make sense if in water they actually swim slowly when they're aggroed at a mob.

I think the Mistral Staff should use amethyst shards since the center looks like an amethyst.

The poacher is such a cool idea, we need more unique hostile mobs and hostile mobs tend to be fantasy creatures :D

I just love that everything fits perfectly together, for example: you get the spear from a Poacher and you use it to kill crocodiles they drop their teeth so you can repair the spear, but also create a New trap!😍

Poacher is just such a great mob in every way. It's very unique, has amazing design, incredibly interesting battle strategy and group-behaviour. Poacher's drop is very interesting too! Long-range melee weapon with some charge-like ability looks fresh :) Keep it up, I hope Mojang will soon notice your awesome idea! :D

Who else thinks the Poacher should be an actual enemy in the game with a Chief Poacher as a boss mob? :)

I think crocodiles are a good idea, but they should be neutral. I think it’s a good way to add more ambiance to the swamps, and maybe as a possible feature they eat most animals in the game, and upon eating them it drops the animal’s loot, and it sometimes drops a crocodile tooth. The croc normally eats the meat an animal drops (if they do drop meat), but they would be incredibly useful in mob farms if you do it right. The crocodile tooth could possibly be used to create some new items too, you could just turn it into bone meal, use it to make a new banner pattern, combine it with bones to make a bone pile block, use it to craft bone arrows or a bone dagger, which upon killing animals has the looting effect, so you get more meat and leather/wool. You can also smelt the teeth in a furnace to make hardened crocodile teeth, which you can combine in a crafting table to build the bone totem, and upon holding this in your offhand, it also gives you this looting effect with animals, which can stack with your bone arrows or dagger. Croc could have a lot of cool uses.

Poachers are great! I love all of the original mobs minecraft has, its why I loved last years vote.
