Such an informative and useful post! Thank you! Wish there was also more recommendations on how to incorporate movement throughout office lives! ❤
  • Thank you . Stagnation of blood in some organs of our body , pooling of blood in lower extremities, developing shortness and stiffness in limb muscles and developing fatigue in axial muscles , poor pastures in neck and shoulders are all disadvantages of prolonged sitting.
  • Your podcasts are such a help for those who wrestle with learning. But it could be much more better if you can show the spelling of the words said as vocabulary just to make sure we've written it in the correct way. Thanks you for doing the effort of short lessons

I have less time to go outside and play sports as I grow up. A couple of days ago, I went out to help my grandfather work in the field. I stood up and did physical activity, broke a sweat for the first time in a while. The work was hard, but I was so happy to bathe in the sun and move my feet and arms. I want to go out and bathe in the sun to keep my good health.

I always sit for 5 hours when I am reading books。 I always feel uncomfortable in neck! It is very useful advice to adpot!
  • I think you can use quick videos to show what are you talking about instead of only one image for the whole 6 minutes. That could be helpful for understanding what's going on at the moment.
