I am a beginner and this rings true to everything I find myself doing. Thank you for the video. Focus on grip, not being stiff, and always take a fall. No risk in taking the fall and getting back up 🎉

I think big mistake what beginners do is not fully commiting to throws. I know because I am beginner who deals with it right now :D Is there a way how to improve it ?
