The context is that Terrence Suave is the previous leader before Reginald and he was a terrible leader because he made raids that made no sense for the thrill.

Terrence was never in the least bit humbling. Always left members of the Toppat Clan grumbling. Coming up with raids that just did not make sense. Does that make sense?

Handsome Harold: Six foot frame, all dressed in black. When he calls a raid there’s no going back. Yeah, he’ll make you scream when he picks you on the team.
