Shrimp and Chicken Creole

Shrimp: ~ 1 pound
Chicken: 4-5 chicken tenders
Oil: enough to cover skillet
Bell Pepper: 1 chopped
Okra: 1 pound cut
Soy Sauce: 2 ounces
Canned tomatoes: 3 cans
Garlic: chopped: 1 heaping tablespoon
Green Onions: 1-2 bunches chopped (1 large or 2 small)
Onions: 2 chopped
Celery: 2 stalks chopped
Bay Leaf: ~ 2
Cajun Seasoning or Salt/Pepper

Season and cut up chicken
Add oil to cover skillet, add chicken and brown
Once brown, remove chicken
Add Onions, bell pepper, green onions, celery, and garlic then cook until onions turn clear
Add back chicken and stir well
Add tomatoes, soy sauce, okra and bay leaves and stir well
Add Shrimp and stir well
Cover and simmer on low for an additional 20-30 min
Serve over rice
