    I have the opposite problem where I CLEARLY hit them and they don’t get hit

    the issue is not the range of shield ops but the way normal champs melee like they are knifing 2 feet above their heads * shakes head*
  • I never get that much melee range as a shield... Doc's melee in that first clip is also broken. That clip looks like a glitch was done, or this is a bug on the test serves because that doesnt happen in game.

    Shields don't need a big nerf but they do need to be fixed. There's a 50/50 chance that a melee will do absolutely nothing and you get knifed through a shield, while for defenders shooting the shield sometimes doesn't stun them. If they wanna nerf shields they should make it harder to shoot shoulders while at the same time nerfing the melee range and decreasing the bullets needed to stun the user.

    Only works this way when you are not moving. When you full go like thomas the tankengine the knifing range is -2m you have to glitch trough the enemy to register as a knockback.

    "shield melee range is too big" uhu sure. So when someone is right Infront of me punching my shield and i punch them it doesn't connect but when people do it in private matches it has 2m range.. Fix hitboxes not the range.

    I like how there’s a ton of range for the shield melee and yet it seems like it’s bugged to high hell if I even try to hit someone

    The only good thing about the new shields is that they counter the hacking epidemic, your forced to have to use them if there is someone using aimbot or walls

  • I think the shields are completely fine as it is. siege is broken a bit bc of the new blood update releasing a lot of bugs. As annoying as I find shields to be, they have their own downsides too. I always say that the biggest nerf and buff to shields, are their animations. Priority for animations are really good and really bad, and shield melee priority over other melee’s, as much as I hate losing to it, it’s kind of deserving since the whole point of a shield is too get yourself and the enemy into close combat.

    When you get melee and get knocked, the recovery time should be increased to draw your weapon back up faster. Rn it's too slow and they just melee you again and they get the elimination

    Nah what's OP is that Doc can get bashed while getting off the ground and not take any damage

    i saw a clip on twitter where a shiled could hit you through a hole in the wall they should nerf a little bit the range
