The actual apartment and model apartments are totally different! Don’t be fooled by furnishings and fixtures. Ask to tour the actual apartment before signing any lease agreement

It's that time of the year! My lease is up. God willing, next year ill be in a house but in the mean time which apartment do y'all like the most? 1,2 or 3? I'M SUPER EXCITED about this move!!!

My vote is for #2. I think it has the space you need and def the natural lighting you wanted. I love the bright kitchen in the 1br & cabinetry & island in 2br. However, I think a 2br will fit the budget better in property #1

#3 is nice too. The amenities and price are great selling points.

I love light cabinets in the kitchen. Makes it look cleaner and bigger to me.

My favorite is definitely #3....however I like living closer to Dallas. If you don’t choose 3 then #2 is a close second.❤️

I live near Trinity Groves I love it! Super close to downtown Dallas plus all the shopping and dining!

I’m late but I loved #3. I just don’t know how far out you want to be but I loved that one and hopefully they have a 2 bedroom there in your budget

I’m Team 2 OR 3 depending on where you desire to be. 2 if you’re dead set on Dallas. 3 if you don’t mind venturing out.
