A tractor crashes into a Key West police car and it's all caught on video. As the driver is being handcuffed and arrested, you can hear him on the officer’s body camera apologizing. “I’m sorry,” the suspect, Ethan Layne, 22, says, before adding, “I hate society.” Investigators say Layne allegedly stole the tractor and damaged a college building and cars before crashing into the officer. Glad the cop was safe and not injured. I noticed the cop opening the door right before impact. Not sure if he was really going to try to get out of the car or not but I thought about that for a minute and the only thing I could think of is for him to not get pinned/trapped inside his vehicle having the door jammed by the impact. Very good and smart move by the cop there.
