I'm currently working construction in Jackson Wyoming.

I work long days - 11 to 13hrs - and have been using that as an excuse to not make & share videos. Making this video is my way of recognizing that and moving forward without it. I had fun making this this video! Enjoy

So disgusted by people’s comments and judgements. You have NO context of this dude’s work company, his fellow workers, his boss, or his position and time at the company. He could have told his boss “hey man, I’m doing a little YouTube video today, that okay by you?”. If he’s been working there for a couple years, that’s a pretty chill request. So at 4:20, when everyone is eating their frosties, they get shit too? Last time I checked, buddies giving you shit at a job site is probably the most normal thing to happen. You wouldn’t know that, because you don’t actually working on a fucking job site. He even says in the video “wow, this day is all sorts of things.” Meaning, even he’s surprised he’s driving around so much. But nah, keep judging from your cubicles 👍🏻

I miss doing construction sometimes. I really loved being outside. It made it easier to have a positive attitude.

I mean you only witnessed 5 minutes of his 12 hour day.. funny how everyone has so much judgement on 0.7% of this mans day
  • @jackbrinkman69
This comment section is pathetic. To suggest he didn’t work that day is ridiculous. Just because he had 3-30 second clips documenting his day (the reason you clicked) doesn’t mean he isn’t working

This guy looks so goodhearted and so commited to his job. I admire that.

As a fellow construction worker (now working in Remodeling), but spent years in a ditch connecting water and sewer lines, I respect anyone in 2023 doing this type of work. I’m 44 and helped put myself through college with construction work and started building things at 5, when my dad introduced me to a hammer. I have a Bachelors degree, but construction has been my bread and butter most of my life. I’m thankful to physically be capable of doing the work.

I got mad respect for what you do, or what any blue collar/ construction worker, pipeline worker does. I’m terrible with tools, therefore I marvel in amazement of how hard y’all work. Mad Respect.
  • I’ve worked in roofing for about 3 months, being out in the sun especially in Houston tx, and it’s 100-110f outside is no joke. Respect anyone who pulls it off.
  • Lmao at all these people bashing this guy because you have to work harder than he does to support your mediocre life. Imagine bragging about how you get up earlier and work longer hours digging holes just to make yourself feel better. Good video dude.

I can't understand how people can disrespect this man. I appreciate your work man
  • You’re an inspiration man. Purely for keeping as positive as you do . I feel ungrateful. Thank you for pulling me up out of my bull crap. Life is precious

Thank you for this video. I’m looking to become a laborer in NYC and I’m grateful to see a little of what you do from your perspective. 🙏🏽

I subscribed because of this video, pretty much explained everything my girlfriend needed to know with what most of us construction worker going thru. Love the part that you had your personal time and the part that you looked for something in the trailer, I can soooo relate.

I can oddly relate to the point of the day where you're literally just counting down the minutes until your lunch break. Respect for what you do, man.
  • Man, a bit sad for all the negative comments. This guy took a few minutes of his day to film it and register some personal thoughts, a few minutes out of one day in a 10 and a half hour shift. Good for you man, never mind the mindless robots. You did it.
