More than a dozen LAPD cars responded to the USC campus after protesters returned to the school.

    Urban camping on private property is illegal. So is vandalism.

    You are going to need to bring in the National Guard, you can't be taking that many cops off the streets every night or at the bang of a "fireworks". Even them doing that, if it was fireworks, wtf are you thinking. incitement, if they had to bring in 30 or 40 cars it looks like they were leaving the protesters alone, and they needed more (media) attention.

    Over 150 police cars came in code three with lights on and sirens screaming. Why they did, no one knows, but they later all left code three. Totally unprecedented, but expensive, showy and wasteful.
